            Balanga Elementary School (BES) garnered awards in the 2013 Division Research Congress on November 18 initiated at Cupang Elementary School by Research Coordinator, Mr. Armand Capili.

             Mr. Randy N. Tallorin won First Place in the teacher category while Mrs. Jennifer G. de Guzman won Second Place in the principal category.

         The three categories are the Education Program Supervisor (EPS), Principal/Head Teacher and the teacher category.
